My cover of the outro solo Don't Forget Me (Reading Festival 2007)

First off I don't have a wah pedal right now, so it's lacking there. Also I did this quickly with no backing track, so it's far from perfect. Thanks for watching.

video was deleted, see my next post.

A solo cover i did (Pink Floyd-Time, DSotM)

I'm kind of ashamed of this cover, not because of sub par playing, but the quality of the recording. It was done via digital camera. It just sucks because you can't here the effects, which were some rotary, delay, and a fair amount of reverb, I really liked the tone. What does everyone else use to record youtube vids?

Don't expect a video, it's basically a shot of my acoustic. If I had the camera anywhere else the sound was way worse than it is now. Maybe I'm a little camera shy also ;)

Hello there

Hello fellow JF fans. Obviously I'm new here, figured I'd say hello.

I found this forum the other day, looking for a tab to the outro solo from Don't Forget Me at the Reading festival 07, lots of emotion in that solo. About 5 years ago, after playing electric guitar for less than a year, I sold my electric gear and concentrated solely on acoustic guitar. This past November I got a beater electric guitar, and been having a lot of fun with it. I've always been a fan of John's work, and fundamentals. Music should be about emotion, not speed.
