Wet Sandor, I'm Around?

Well, mainly, the very first two chords of the song. I hear those notes, and I immediately expect John to sing "You know I'm around you."
Upon discovering that we felt similarly on this issue, Iva and I decided to start a thread about it because inquiring minds want to know, are we the only ones who feel this way?

Surry down to a stoned soul picnic.
There'll be lots of time and wine.
Red, yellow honey, sassafras and moonshine.

The guitar does sound similar but I think the overall feel to the song is different. Good observation though I thought the very same.

and another one: the intro to Desecration Smile sounds a lot like the intro to A Corner and some other song as well, was discussing this with someone, but he nor I could figure out which one..

*and shame on me, but which album is I'm around on?*

I guess so to a certain extent, I know what your saying.
On another couple of listens to his song I think rhythmically it has more of a relation to Time Goes Back.

My favorite part of the whole song is John's scream at the end on the "Yeah!" part.
I think there is a lot of feeling to this song..especially near its ending. And I really like the lyrics.
"He knows he's hot as hell......he doesn't wiggle his tongue at the mic in Closer because it's artistic."

on the one hour commentary i have for the album john says that the intro of snow is pretty similar to a hendrix riff, then he plays the difference. so anyways just goes to show music derives from other music i guess.
