And has anyone seen Damo live recently? I have, he's just...incredible. He played continuously in two parts of the set, each being 45 minutes long.

"I wanted to say that Can, Each member of Can, was a master of the infinite freedom that comes from creating and setting one's own limitations. Michael Karoli's guitar playing..he's one of the few guitarists whose playing completely transcends his instrument. Rather than letting the guitar dictate to him what to play, he created atmospheres, textures and landscapes completely outside the history of the guitar. For this reason, his playing will sound new and fresh forever. We love Michael Karoli"
