He used it on the Can't Stop Bridge on the concerts in 2003. In the studio he used it on This Is The Place, Can't Stop, Hard To Concentrate (Bridge), ... there're some more songs but I'm at work at the moment and don't have the time to write everything down - sorry 
BTW: His settings:
I play this flanger, too. My old flanger (Boss FL-2 Flanger) was very good but..THIS THING IS INCREDIBLE! Such an warm, organic, analog sound...love it!
