I owned the MXR Phase 90 and it can do many cool things with only one knob! The modulations in Dani California, Tell Me Baby, etc. are easy to get with this pedal WITHOUT all these MoogerFoogers.
I don't think you need such a "big" Phaser like the MF-103 for this sound. I try the Moog, too. But it's so expensive and you don't need all these sounds...
For "Throw Away Your Television" is a Line 6 FM4 Filter Modeler or another synthie/filter pedal much more important than a Phaser!
So: buy the Phase 90

Haha, yeah. I played it in a guitar shop last week and this pedal is kind of shitty. I really don't like it and I would never recommend it to somebody.

I use a Crybaby on my "metal" pedalboard. Suits better than any WH10.
My WH10s are only on my regular pedalboard. Sometimes a vintage grey or black one but mostly the V2.
Vox Wah is great, but I find the effect range of the pedal a bit weak.

I have modern, and I think when I turn the effect on it increases my volume a lil bit, but its okay.
