Hey! I know that JF uses Aeolian and Dorian scales in his solos. But he never use natural major scales, and how can i know when he use Dorian or natural major scales?

I wouldn't say he never uses the major scale, it depends on the chord progression being played to if he would use it or not. Compared to the major scale the dorian has a flat 3rd and a flat 7th.
