Did he fell or something? I realised John's nose must have been seriously hurted, but it seems like he did not have to get surgery or anything.
(yes I asked asked about the dental implants before...why do all my questions involve John getting surgerys?)

This topic is going to get closed just like your last one, but the answer is the same as the last one. Dental implants cause facial structure to change drastically. Also, he has aged nearly 20 years, you have to realize that with age certain parts of the body change proportions.

And there's nothing wrong with that nose. It actually looks better in real life than in photos, maybe he just has a nose that's not camera friendly.
Instead of worrying about his teeth, nose etc, try to practice tenses, you're not doing very well. Knowledge is bliss.
