Life is pretty crazy sometimes and it's unexpectedly changing at all times and I guess the scariest part of it is recognizing that our physical self is no more important than our spiritual self, but they are both equally valid; the Ego and the Id and the frequencies they contain; low ones like fear and anxiety and high ones like calmness and peace.
If someone thinks about this they also come across the realization that we don't really matter, after all in this world we place so much importance in our ego; who we are is what we have and what we do and how we act, which isn't really important.
It only makes sense that a person would believe "I don't matter, but others do, so my only ability in life is to help others" And really, people have always had a sense of self, it's the easiest way to go through life without completely destroying yourself. Its what's created religion, if people didn't have a self to latch onto and they could just think freely and fear freely they would just die. A lot of people fear death, that's why we have religion... it's a crazy thought to think about... just not existing or ceasing to exist.
Where does one separate the two? The selflessness of a person who recognizes that he doesn't matter and the ego of someone, that's in all of us, who maybe selfless and good but still hurts people, because after all they are human.
If someone hurts you you're going to want to retaliate, either passively or aggressively, but they could have hurt you because they're hurting as well. So where does the separation occur between not putting up with that, (because lets face it, when we're close to people they tend to take out their problems us because they know we can't or won't leave them or hate them) and with letting go of yourself and helping them regardless of whatever happened, because they're just as if not more hurt than you are.
So it's like... where do I fit in in importance in comparison with others. What separates my importance from someone else and what does the validity of my physical and spiritual conscience weigh in at with others and when do I sacrifice that?
I believe it's a daily struggle and there's no clear answer because there isn't an experience we aren't the center of that we experience so we are constantly feeding our ego and when you're in an emotional state your thinking is skewed... there really is no definable line.
Something I've been thinking about lately; Life

And also... likewise: "Who am I to hurt someone just because I'm hurtin or angry or stressed?"

nom_nom, you're very young, sit and enjoy life, don't ever think about where it comes from, why we're here for etc. If TDKshorty wants to waste his time on that, don't follow him.

bears wiff me ...
The concept of nobility has left humanity, now they quabble over who's vanity is more justified; the honest fakers( the humanistcirclelogic) or the fake honesters ( the idealistcirclelogic ) . If you develop yourself, giving material things or assistance to people is merely a sign of abundance as it was too in bountifull cultures of old.
IM("i'llpretendit'sa")O, in ranting, you confused yourself out of the wordless understanding
" know thyself & you know everyone " to translate an illustrious ancient oracle.
Alldough this is not that important, but merely the """""""""animal""""""""_side to man
We give as well as take instinctually, it's all quite meaningless and moralless.
(& Greek terms like ego, Id & psyché are as arbitrary as womenspolo with a blind referee, good for (writing) poetry (to) but not for 'living by(/withall') them' ).
... dead bears don't care
.
swami salami tammy & asslappyjewnear.
signed, your personal stalkertherapistcereal
& so merrily on ... .
P.S. : As your lawyer i advise you to make art & not to dabble in the alternative, expert methods called psychology and filosofoe.
now i'll read some of your "works"
... even stevens.
........................................................................
Just read your last poem & well, you say it better than i did :
-It is through the looking glass we peer, squinty-eyed,
At life's bounty; either gloriously or terrified.
No matter who's eyes digest it's extravagance,
Importance is only of the glass' perception
For if it be foggy or smudged
Too convex or concave
That looking glass will change
your world in many, many ways-
------------------------------
has a nice effect on me
... thanks.
{ p.s.: i made it look like a "motto" a bit but the editor didn't save it
( & u can also put it in the shape of a inverted pyramid/triangle ) ... maybe for a lay-out?} .
In conclusion, i don't agree with iva } , no b(_)lame{ ,
i would say make art, man. it beats lying on an ugly man's couch.
Not that i think you asking those questions out loud makes you 'strange' other than being a healthy "rarity".
