Hello to the entire board, I just registered and this is my first post but I've been regularly viewing this site for the past year.
John's music has been a great sense of comfort for me since I started listening to his individual stuff in college.
Anyways, I'm happy to be part of this community and look forward to interacting with everyone here. Thanks for having me.

Hi, welcome.
Wish you'd actually tell us something about yourself, but it's still OK.

Sorry, I guess I could have made my initial post a little more personal.
My name is Brendan, I live in Florida (U.S.) and am still in school.
Like I said in my original post, John's music has been incredibly influential on me. It really inspired me to learn guitar. I've only been playing for a year, but seeing how he's put so much of himself in his music has been a driving force for me to continue to learn the instrument. Everything I've learned so far (not much I guess) has been self taught and I'm currently saving up to get lessons. I'd really just like to be able to play guitar as an outlet and way to express myself.
