Sorry, don't use PCs and don't have access to any PCs either, but suspect that would solve the problems I'm having. Almost every time I try and post, or reply to a post, using any Macintosh I get an error message that my "secure key" is wrong and that I should go back, reload the form and try again. Sometimes that works, but most of the time it doesn't. Usually takes me at least a half-dozen to a dozen tries to successfully post to the board, and when it does finally happen, I usually find that I've mysteriously been logged-out. (suspect random logging-out is behind the problem overall)

Used to be I had this exact same problem when I'd try and post from my iPhone, too, but in the last several months when I try and view the site with my iPhone all the text (completely unformatted) is jammed together into one big paragraph with no active links except for the rather random ones the iPhone itself generates when it sees a string of numbers (thinking it must be a phone number) or some such. And although the URLs for the various links are all visible and I can copy and paste them in order to enter the various subforums and topics, once I get inside one all the text is still the same way as on the top level page -- unformatted and crammed together into one big unlinked paragraph. This seems to have taken place around the same time the board's look was upgraded, so I suspect something wasn't set up properly. Mind you, I can't STAND being forced into mobile versions of websites on my iPhone because I can typically view the regular pages just fine, but in this case the forum is completely unworkable for me.

Dunno what can be done to help either of these -- the first one has been going on forever, though it's gotten a lot, lot worse over time to the point where I just can't be bothered to participate as it's too much work. But I do feel really bad when somebody goes to the trouble to reply to something I've posted and I can't reply back to them after several dozen attempts and then just have to give up.

This has nothing to do with Apple. I get that pretty often myself, if I keep the tab open for too long. It is done for members' extra security and it's an out-of-the-box setting by the makers of the board software. I am not sure how long it takes for the cookie to expire. Make sure you keep what you're typing if it's too long.

As for the iPhone problem, I am not sure what's the issue as I don't have one available to check, but I assume the mobile version of the site might be acting strange since the latest upgrade (I cannot apply a theme to the regular version, either!).

Can you post a screenshot of that problem?

Dakini too sent me an image in the meantime and TL says he might be able to find what it is. If not, I'll just recommend everyone not to access the board with iPhones (persumably iPads, too?) for a while, until this has been sorted out.
