Some question about John '62 Stratocaster and Fender CS '60

I have question.
Is Fender Custom Shop 1960 Relic/NOS nearly to Frusiante's '62 Stratocaster?
It's example of that guitar:

I don't say about pickup. I say about radius, shape of neck and frets?

The radius, neck, and frets will all be correct.
However, no, it is nowhere close to the strat john plays. Fender finishes, even custom shop finishes, are not full nitro. They use plastic tone and volume knobs instead of parchment. The hardware is typically way too rusted compared to the rest of the "damage" on the guitar. The neck/fretboard used is not a slab, but is a veneer. The bridge saddles are going to say fender/fender rather than fender/pat.pend.
The most important thing that is wrong though will be the thinskin finish and the fretboard.
I have a feeling this guitar is a fake as well. The placement of the decal on the headstock is incorrect, and it looks like it was done by an amateur. Also, they didn't take the neck off to show the serial number.

Is American Vintage '62 closer to John's guitar? (I don't speak about pickups again.)

If someone doesn't show the serial number, or send me pics of the serial number, I don't believe it. The fender strat is the single most faked guitar in history. The original contour body decal is in the wrong spot, and the "Fender" decal is really odd looking, like it was stuck on by an amateur.
No, the American Vintage is still not close to johns guitar because the finish isn't a full nitro and the neck/fretboard is a veneer rather than a slab. The re-issue is not that great, i have one, it is nowhere close. I also have a reissue jag that is okay... but not for the price you pay.
You are better off having someone custom build you a strat with a true nitro finish, a slab neck, cloth internal wiring, and duncan or fender pickups. It will cost anywhere from $1000 to $3000, but it will be closer to vintage than any fender product.

Nope, not even the custom shop will do it the "right" way for vintage. The closest thing that you can get isn't even nearly close, and that is the custom shop version. Seriously, you are better off just getting somebody to do a custom build to vintage specs, especially if you live in the USA

These guys did my '62 clone for me. I have a 1962 strat, but I don't want it to get stolen so I had them make me one. I will surely go back to them in the future if I want a clone of my Jaguar done.

I have heard damn good things about these guys.

Go to this topic and look at the pictures i attached further down the page. That sunburst guitar is my original, and if I put it side by side with my clone, you could never tell the difference.

But I wrote to Fender too and man from Fender say that in American Vintage that neck is from one piece of maple. How it can be veneer?

The if it is maple, it is one piece. If it is rosewood, the neck is maple with a rosewood veneer.
