seems that John Frusciantes Jag can be seen at Hard Rock Cafe in Caracas ! If you go there don't forget to take some pics for the community.

I have searched everywhere on Google for a pic with him using it, but had no luck

In the cafe they have pics, but none on the net so far :/ When I asked how they'd gotten it they said auction, so perhaps it was given to him to use, then auctioned? I don't know. I'm just happy to have played it

If anything, it was from a music video. Its not vintage, that is for sure. So if it was used by him it would be like the toronado, one and done.

Apparently it is vintage, but it was battered to hell so he customised it and used it as a warm up guitar in the early 90s, then signed and auctioned around the time he left the band. But you can barely see the autograph anymore!

I think it was more likely a strat "played" by anthony when dave was with the band.

The fretboard looks like a modern fretboard with med-jumbo frets. The paint itself is white and not yellowing(and unless after auction they cleaned it up, the guitar should look like it went through a russian ICBM attack after john played it). The pickups look more like lace sensors.

Like I say I don't know the exact details about the guitar, I'm just happy to have played it But when I was there, they referred to it as "the Frusciante guitar", not the Navarro one. And believe me it was battered! The scratch plate wasn't even screwed on properly, a screw in the back was digging in my side and the pickup selector is missing. They have photos in the cafe, but none on Google!!! ARGHH :L
