im not sure what you mean by thin and thick. what do you consider thin?

i dont even know if you can find specs on things like fretboard thickness. i doubt it matters much anyway when it comes to tone

All of his vintage fender guitars should have a 7.25" radius and either 21 or 22 frets(jaguar). The newer strats and teles all have 9.5" radius necks.

most newer ones have a 9.5...some still have a 7.25, and some even have a 12 like a gibson

oh i see

well it would be different for all of his guitars...but the 62 most likely has the 60's style "oval" neck which is .810" at the first fret.

Width is gauged by a letter. A was the thinnest nut width they offered and it went all the way up to D. Vintage guitars all have a heel stamp that denotes the nut width. B is the most common but they could be any of the above.

The shape/feel of a guitars neck comes down to a combination of 3 things: the fretboard radius, neck profile (shape at the back) and the nut width.

Here's the stamp on my Jaguar:

15 is the model number, Feb is the month, 68 is the year and the letter at the end is the nut width.
