I love a lot of bands from that time. Among all Seaweed maybe are my favorite. Jawbox remind me of them a bit

Stone temple pilots are kind of mild and pleasant - unplugged especialy

Never liked Soundgarden much but Badmotorfinger is so energetic i listened it like thousand of times accidentally)
Also Love Battery were cool



There was Alos interesting group called Truly - they played something psychedelic but grungie


And of course everyone should see "Hype!". that's just awesome
