Bass and guitar only of all of the songs.

They probably been posted before, but I thought I share it anyways.

Sick! Thanks man. No offense to Anthony, but some of these instrumentals are better than the album version :P

Interestingly, these do not sync up with the album versions, which proves the mix for SA WAS done on tape.

You can get these tracks on CD by buying a special edition SA Guitar or Bass tab book. They are actually advertised as 'Demos' but whatever they are they are awesome :thumbsupsmileyanim:

This is fantastic! Thank you very much.

I love to hear how "simple" these songs are constructed. But these riffs are crazy. They show what a great composer John is. I guess the instrumental version must be why they got that Grammy.
I'd like to hear the instrumentals of BSSM to compare the guitar work... any1 knows if there is such a version out there?
stay healthy!

I was on youtube and found some pretty stripped down versions of songs from blood sugar, i think it was just johns guitar but really rough takes, you just have to search for them. One of them was for Sir Psycho Sexy,
hope this helps.

Wow, these are fucking awesome. Thanks man. Its like listening to a whole new, and slightly better, album. I wish Chad's drums were louder, but this is still so awesome.

Look for the topic BSSM Mastertracks or something like that.

Open the files "mogg" with Audacity and there you go. It's possible to mute the voice, the drum, the bass, the guitar tracks individually !

I have these from a magazine I bought a while ago. Really cool....sometimes I rather the peppers without anthony.
Somewhere in between the sludge was a poorly written tattoo of a Chili Pepper lyric I saw on a cheerleader in high school.

Please, please tell me how I can do this! I'd love to make my own mastertracks, it's easier to transcribe that way.
Please, you would help me ALOT!! PM me or something like that.
Now that the day has come.
I see myself as everyone.
I am what's all around me
No, nothing it just cannot be. Feeling has come from the sun.
Like most everything and everyone

What seems lost is free from the force that slowly destroys us.
And kills all matter off

Well, we don't control the chance that plays with us.
And we get existence back by hurting others.
And when we go the other way it's ourselves we hurt.
But who pushes on through eventually will see

Every moments first.
Every moment is first.
What's gone will never come back.
But it exists when you think of it
And what is anything, anyway.
But a series of things running through your brain.
All of the fucked things you do

Are the product of whats happened to you.

Try this! You don't need Audacity or anything...

A true RHCP instrumental here (minus the mum singing). And as a bonus by following this method you will learn to cover all the instruments at the same time!

Mum, can I give a guitar solo? :)
