First and foremost, clearly describe what you're looking for/ what you're selling or giving away. Double-check your spelling, too.

If you're selling something:
- Prefix your topic's title with SELLING:.
- Make sure you specify the estimated price.
- If something's in mint condition and currently on sale elsewhere, you cannot offer it for more than what its face value would be.
- If you would not ship outside of a certain country/continent...state that, too.
EXAMPLE: http://www.yourforum...ome-rhcp-stuff/

If you're looking for something you'd buy:
- Prefix your topic's title with LOOKING FOR:
- Make sure you specify how much you'd pay for it.
- Explain where you were looking for it, as it might be available elsewhere and you just don't know it is.
EXAMPLE: http://www.yourforum...hall-valve-amp/

If you're giving away something for free (which is awesome, by the way!):
- Prefix your topic's title with FREE:
- If the item is in not-so-good condition, describe what's wrong with it.
- If you would not ship outside of a certain country/continent...state that, too. Same goes if you would like the donee to pay for shipping costs.
- If you have any other criteria, make sure they're there for everyone to see.
EXAMPLE: http://www.yourforum...37-free-guitar/

If you want to trade something:
- Prefix your topic's title with TRADING:
- If you have any special trading requirements (specific type of CDs/DVDs and cases, the way they're marked), make sure you point it out.
- If you would not ship outside of a certain country/continent...state that, too. Same goes if you would like the donee to pay for shipping costs.
- If you have any other criteria, make sure they're there for everyone to see.
EXAMPLE: (no goodone yet)

If you have an equipment or music store and would love to advertise:
- Prefix your topic's title with STORE:
- Briefly explain what your store is selling and why people here should be interested.
- State your shipping policies.
- Leave your contact information.
EXAMPLE: http://www.yourforum...rntable1400usd/

If you're a musician looking for band mates:
- Prefix your topic's title with MUSICIANS:
- Make sure you specify where in the world are you. In cases of big cities, even the burough/neighbourhod or zip codes help!
- Explain what kind of music you're inspired by, what music are you hoping to play with your band.
EXAMPLE: http://www.yourforum...ians-in-london/

Things you cannot sell here:
- Your own mixtapes and self-made CDs of known material.
- CDs that are known to be fake.
- Anything completely unrelated to this community and music.
- Your own music (if you're a musician), that would be an odd way to promote yourself.

Once the sale's over, please do ask for your thread to be closed.

Why are these rules strict? To avoid any possible mess and to help someone find your sale/trade/request/giveaway in a forum or even Google/Bing search. Posted Image

Problems with currency conversion? You have no clue about it? Check this thread!
