And I listened to your version Good Times Boys and that what mine sounds like. I think he did another affect on it too, its like um.... heavy... or muddled... I can sense his real voice in there somewhere.

The video was shot and trimmed on my Iphone, so I cut off the very end where I'm talking. I was just saying how it's possible, if not likely, that this is Frusciante's unaltered voice.
Here's the video. And again, it's not that good... I've only been singing for a while on and off, and have zero experience with 'deep' singing. However, I'm suprised how this turned out.

But that was years ago and I'm sure he could sing that low now, but I don't doubt he would treat his voice, he's always doing something new. It's probably just another instrument to him in some aspects. To me his voice reflects a change in the character.
