Well, I just listened to John's version of BeeGees' "How Deep Is Your Love" live at Fuji Rock, 2006 so I just felt that I had to write me off. I'm totally chocked, despite I've seen this for like a hundred times. :D

So, my first question: do anyone got this version of it in very high MP3-quality (not just audio-ripped from Vixy.net), or can anyone record it with some program? Please use this one: http://se.youtube.com/watch?v=RH7Oon6uifE&...page&fmt=18 (with the "&fmt=18 tag" at the end so it will get HQ). I would looooove to have this on my MP3-player?

And do anyone want (I'm Swedish: is there going to be an "S" after "want" or not?) the chords? I listened to it a while ago and watched loads of videos, and I've got the EXACT chords (I'll to chord explanations later).

Intro:
Eb Ebmaj7 Abmaj7 Bbsus4

					  Eb Gm Fm7 C
You know you eyes in the morning sun,

			  Fm7 G7/C	Bbsus4
I feel you touch me in the pouring rain

			Eb Gm Cm
And the moment that you wander far from me

			 Fm Bbsus4
I wanna feel you in my arms again

			 Ab Gm
And you come to me, on a summer breeze

			 Fm Dbmaj7
keep me warm in you sun, then you softly leave

		   Gm Bbsus4
And it's me you need you show

						  Eb Ebmaj7
||: How deep is your love? (your love, how deep is your love)

Abmaj7 Abm
I really mean to learn

					Eb Db6
'Cause we're living in a world of fools

				  C7 Fm
Breaking us down, when they all should let us be

	 Ab Db
We belong to you and me

   Gm Bbsus4
La la la la laaaa Laaaaaaaaaaaa :||

Db
There ya go, as I said, I will tell you later how you play the chords. :P

Discuss this cover, and give me the MP3!! :D:D

is there going to be an "S" after "want" or not?

No 's' after want but the 'do' should be 'does' :P

I have a bunch of good versions and I can send you some. Or, FINALLY upload them.

And I do want tabs for this website, if you don't mind giving them. :P Check this thread for more info:

Oh, awesome! You have my MSN/mail in a PM. :D

For sure, I'll fix that tomorrow. It's in the middle of the night here in Sweden, I'm tired. :P

Here are all the versions of the song from 2006 that I have.
And I will FINALLY TRY to update the 2006 cover songs page this week. I have a lot of work, homework and site monitoring to do and in the combo with a rich social life, it's gonna be hard...but I will do it, I promise.

I don't like the original, but when JF does his cover version it's something completely different. I also don't like ABBA but I like S.O.S. when John is performing (I think that the best version was at Green Fest).

It was. It was so heartbreaking that I think he even broke his own tender little heart while singing it.

As I told my friend Songofthunder earlier...we were right there below him, cheering on him and sending him every single remaining bit of love, but he was way too numb to feel anything and I felt so sad for him.

I so agree with you. I've been there too and had similar feeling.

John seemed irritated and annoyed, he was not smiling that much, he looked really tired and sad...in the end, when they left the stage, he passed out. There was no official explanation for that, the papers and websites were mostly told not to publish the news...but well, it happened. And we were really worried about him, more than about ourselves (and the situation after the concert was bizzare, so we should've been worried about ourselves, too).

Since we obviously did not know each other back then, where were you?

Our group (me, theotherfiona, Sime, beatdown, enacalifornia, black_pearl and Maja) was in the front and second row, right below John. And we were yelling "John, John, John, John!" after he was done with SOS, to cheer him up...I also yelled Pussy, Pussy, Pussy and he tried to play it before they played Snow, but something wasn't going well. He aborted it almost immediately. And I was doing my best to smile all along, even though I am not a smiley person. I so wanted him to feel happier, but he was just sinking deeper and deeper into whatever he was feeling. Poor tender little thing.
