Hey, I like this, and you definitely have a John sound going on (I think you mightve borrowed the intro/verse chords from an RHCP song). You bring your own persona and style into it though, and it sounds great man. Keep it up.

Thanks for listening, I really appreciate getting feedback. I wrote the song years ago, but I think I was intentionally trying to use a very simple progression to see if I could make it interesting in other ways. I've always appreciated how John (and RHCP) can make very simple songs sound unique and I figured I'd give it a try. Check out some of my other songs if you like this one, I'd love to get some more feedback on what I've got up on youtube.
