Yes, you can. In some cases (when there are no other pics from the exact event), even mobile phone photos are accepted.
Are there any limitations in size, guidelines on editing et cetera?
In most of the cases, however, it is better to have photos taken with an actual camera.
If your camera is not digital, do try to scan images in at least 300 dpi, so they'd look decent.
If possible, do not edit anything, I'm an Adobe trainee and I know some Photoshop magic. Of course, if you're a pro, this does not apply.
When sending too many photos, it's a good idea to email me first and then either FTP them or use a file sharing service.
Do not ask me to download photos off Myspace or Facebook if you have them in OK resolution.
What will you do with the photos and do I keep my rights?
- Photos go into the gallery.
- Sometimes, photos might be used on a wallpaper, on another page on this same domain or in the layout itself.
- All rights are yours and yours only. I claim no rights over anything that's yours and I never will.
- I'm putting a little © Your name, http://www.invisible-movement.net watermark, just so people know where they found the photos.
- If someone nabs your photos from this website, I will notify you, as they most likely have no permission to use your work, right?
- If you have a website or anything else you want linked, tell me.
- Real names are the best option, but if you're using an alias, do make it sound like you're a human and not a spam-generated piece of text.
