In that part where John sing "Who knew the otherside of you.... sad sad sad". Which effect does he uses? I can figure out the wah... but thee is something else with it, i just can't figure it out....

Hey,
In that part where John sing "Who knew the otherside of you.... sad sad sad". Which effect does he uses? I can figure out the wah... but thee is something else with it, i just can't figure it out....

I think it is a Moog pedal, and also I think there is no wah on the studio recording...

I think he used the Doepfer Modular Synth on the record, but that's like a ampartment, that big, so he uses a Moog MF-101 Low Pass-filter live. Both in the bridge, and also in "She never knew that there was...."

I think he said that he used Modular synth but with a high-pass filter setting on the studio version of the song... I'm not sure, though...

he uses a "fast phase shifter" it says so in the tab book.

Phase = 9 (meaning set the EQ[PHASE] to P9)
Contour = -10
